Depends on your firmware and such. It often takes time, but they'll all be jailbroken eventually.

99% of the games worth playing on them come out on PC, so yes.
Use emulation. Can't play the latest, but there's no shortage

Just to highlight the good actors too:
For one thing, Arctic announced a price rollback after securing its refund, saying this will continue until "every single dollar Arctic received [...] has been paid back to our customers."
Panic, maker of the Playdate handheld, has taken a bolder stance, offering refunds to those who bought its console and were charged extra for its tariffs. Company co-founder Cabel Sasser said last month, "It's just not our money to keep."

That thing is so hilariously overpriced in the first place, that a few bucks don't make any difference neither to the seller, nor the consumer.
Nice of them regardless, but I totally agree. The playdate is a neat toy but it's wild how successful they are considering it costs $230 and most games on it are paid. You could buy a similarly neat retro handheld for only $50!

This entire scheme was a combination of market manipulation along with a universal price hike. A lot of very rich people got a lot richer. They got to engage in insider trading while massively increasing prices while pretending they had no choice.

I mean, unless they were expecting a "tarriff check." I knew it wouldn't show because grifters and liars are seldom honest.
People are butthurt about this but don't have the willpower to not buy or use their products.

Sucks but it's true. I've been trying to de-microsoft my household for over a year now. My partner won't switch away from Windows, despite how fucking bad 11 is, and we're still paying for office 365, even though I haven't used MS office on a non-company computer for about 15 years at this point.
I haven't had anything sony in decades. Everything I got from them was overpriced trash that broke under very meager circumstances.
Next on my chopping block is Google. Once the my phone is paid off, I'm switching to Graphene. Currently trying out open street maps, and trying to spin up my own email server so I can ditch my Gmail account.
If the government wanted the people to have it they could have stipulated that or, better yet, given it directly to the people. You need a complicit government for 'privatized profit; socialized loses'

I really hate that companies being hostile to their customers has become normalised such that it's really expected.
There's very clearly a right and scrupulous thing to do. Not having an obligation to do that is not an excuse not to.
Companies always has been hostile when they are so big that they are only fathomable as market entity. Privatise gains, socialise losses.

Please don't forget who enacted these unlawful tariffs in the first place and who, to this day, uses them to blackmail other countries.
Also, don't forget that US corporations have gone along with this and are refusing to give the money back to the people who they took it from. The entire system is complicit and there are no good guys anymore.

That's not entirely true. Some companies are offering refunds to customers that paid tariffs.
One examole:
Creators of the original “party game for horrible people” are proving themselves to be anything but horrible, as they offer customers a formal refund equal to the additional cost they paid for Cards Against Humanity under U.S. President Trump’s tariff regime.
Not surprising considering most companies have no plans to refund the consumer for the tariff costs they passed on because there's no regulation forcing them to do so.

Yes, that's correct, they are under no obligation. Obviously. It would be nice if they did that, but there is obviously no obligation.

I believe UPS and FedEx are required to make refunds as people were explicitly charged tariff related fees.
Because Sony and Microsoft just baked the price in, its a little hard to get them to refund since theres technically nothing to refund (as shady and fucked up and goodwill burning as it is).
