Those bench guys you listed aren't really that good. The bench is a bunch of mediocre journeymen. The "deep bench" is G-leaguers and scrubs. None of those guys are NBA-quality. They're not 82-game players, let alone 16-game.

And even if they had some great, deep team, it wouldn't matter because Towns will always find a way to drag them down. Edwards can't win with that KAT.

They were boring as hell for a long time. I think a lot of younger fans assume they played like the “beautiful game” 2012-2014 team their entire run. But most of the Duncan era they played slow, low-scoring games and ran their offense through Timmy in the post, which was just not that fun to watch.

They also eliminated more exciting teams like the Suns in the playoffs, which didn’t do them any favors.

They were also pretty dirty (especially Bruce Bowen) but would get treated like choir boys by the media. That was annoying.

He's a top-5 all-time TE who is rich, famous, jacked, and good-looking.

None of that really matters, though. All you need to be confident in yourself is, well, confidence. If you believe in yourself, it'll be there. Self-confidence is one of those "speak it into being" type things.

So the real question is, why are you not confident in yourself OP?
