Welcome to the News community!

Rules:

1. Be civil

Attack the argument, not the person. No racism/sexism/bigotry. Good faith argumentation only. This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban. Do not respond to rule-breaking content; report it and move on.

2. All posts should contain a source (url) that is as reliable and unbiased as possible and must only contain one link.

Obvious biased sources will be removed at the mods’ discretion. Supporting links can be added in comments or posted separately but not to the post body. Sources may be checked for reliability using Wikipedia, MBFC, AdFontes, GroundNews, etc.

3. No bots, spam or self-promotion.

Only approved bots, which follow the guidelines for bots set by the instance, are allowed.

4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source. Clickbait titles may be removed.

Posts which titles don’t match the source may be removed. If the site changed their headline, we may ask you to update the post title. Clickbait titles use hyperbolic language and do not accurately describe the article content. When necessary, post titles may be edited, clearly marked with [brackets], but may never be used to editorialize or comment on the content.

5. Only recent news is allowed.

Posts must be news from the most recent 30 days.

6. All posts must be news articles.

No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials, videos, blogs, press releases, or celebrity gossip will be allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.

7. No duplicate posts.

If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.

9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.

All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.

10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

14 children and no family. More children will not change this fact.

[–] entwine413@lemm.ee 70 points 10 months ago (4 children)

Why do you think family has anything to do with his behavior?

Both musk and his father are eugenicists who believe it's their duty to spread their "superior" genetics as much as possible.

[–] NuXCOM_90Percent@lemmy.zip 30 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Calling it now:

We are all getting distracted by his broken dick. The reason why he uses in vitro is because it isn't even his sperm. That is why he hates all his kids prior to Human Shield with grimes. Well, except Vivian, he hates her for somehow even more hateful reasons.

[–] swelter_spark@reddthat.com 2 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Whose sperm do you think he's using?

Which- why would they believe themselves to be the pinnacle of humanity. Head to any hospital to find like 3 doctors who can run on an hour of sleep in 2 weeks, memorize information near photographically, constantly solve puzzles of terrifying difficulty, run marathons in their spare time, and look like models.

[–] thallamabond@lemmy.world 17 points 10 months ago

For these people it's just the prosperity gospel, but without God. nothing matters to them except money.

[–] KneeTitts@lemmy.world 14 points 10 months ago (1 children)

spread their “superior” genetics as much as possible

... like, the guy can barely talk!! Where is the superior part!?

[–] Sludgehammer@lemmy.world 19 points 10 months ago (1 children)

That's the scary thing, Musk and Trump have bought into their own hype. Mush believes his drug addled "I'm fourteen and this is deep" type statements really are pearls of wisdom handed born from his genius. He's literally too stupid to comprehend how stupid he is.

[–] Sludgehammer@lemmy.world 10 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago) (2 children)

Just to add on, that's also why he's so obsessed with money. Anytime anyone calls him a insecure moron, he can point to his vast hoard and say "Well obviously you're wrong because I'm rich!" He sees his net worth as being equal to his worth as a person.

Edit: Wrong your

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 5 points 10 months ago

Worthington's Law. Something so many stupid Americans reach for, and fElon probably knows this.

[–] phoenixz@lemmy.ca 2 points 10 months ago

Just that he's rich because he's been a scammer since, well, pretty much forever. Been saying this about Elmo for over a decade now, people are finally catching on though I never thought we'd be where we are today with him being a near king

[–] meyotch@slrpnk.net 10 points 10 months ago

Oh I know, and it’s tragic AF. What a sad worldview he has

[–] EmpathicVagrant@lemmy.world 4 points 10 months ago

Well the number would shift, so it would technically change the first bit.

[–] SnotFlickerman@lemmy.blahaj.zone 66 points 10 months ago (4 children)

This guy has legitimately lost touch with reality.

[–] ceenote@lemmy.world 40 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Being a billionaire is bad for your brain. Stands to reason the richest guy would be the worst affected.

[–] 3dmvr@lemm.ee 5 points 10 months ago

We gotta start shunning/bullying ppl who work secruity for these mfs, they sellout everyone living when they decide to defend these dudes. They pick money and choose to die for these ppl.

[–] iAmTheTot@sh.itjust.works 17 points 10 months ago

He was never in touch.

[–] Lifecoach5000@lemmy.world 12 points 10 months ago (2 children)

I’m sick of hearing about him personally. Just an attention hungry troll in real life. I wish he would just go away to space or maybe take an extended submarine ride underwater that uses a PlayStation controller.

[–] NoForwardslashS@sopuli.xyz 8 points 10 months ago

I heard only pedos don't get in the submarine.

[–] KneeTitts@lemmy.world 5 points 10 months ago

I’m sick of hearing about him personally

I remember trying to block all mentions of his name like 10 years ago since it was obvious some kind of PR campaign to promote him was underway.

[–] neukenindekeuken@sh.itjust.works 9 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

When you've lived your whole life without the struggle that the majority of humans in history have had to endure (food, shelter, clothing, etc.) and have never faced consequences for any of your shitty ideas, then yeah, you sort of build yourself your own version of reality, because to Muskrat, what is reality?

He's never lived in the same world as any of us. It's difficult to explain, but that's the truth. He's never lived in the same reality as everyone else. Most billionaires and trust fund babies have their own version of reality and are constantly confused over why and how people do things like: buy groceries, or a dozen donuts.

[–] SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world 53 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago) (1 children)

I am beginning to think he’s not a great guy.

I am beginning to think he’s not a great guy

--deported--

[–] alaphic@lemmy.world 29 points 10 months ago (4 children)

This is only made all the more puzzling to me by the fact that Musk just strikes me as the type of incel who thinks vaginas are icky and scary

[–] grue@lemmy.world 14 points 10 months ago

The rumor is that he's having all these kids via IVF because his dick is broken from botched penis enhancement surgery.

[–] PhilipTheBucket@ponder.cat 13 points 10 months ago (1 children)

I think he thinks women are icky and scary. Vaginas, he likes.

[–] KneeTitts@lemmy.world 6 points 10 months ago

women are icky and scary. Vaginas, he likes

I guarantee you he do not go down

[–] Neverclear@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 10 months ago

He probably pays women to lay there like a Handmaid, but instead of a sterile wife, there's a Costanza seduction style portrait of himself.

[–] KneeTitts@lemmy.world 23 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago) (1 children)

Im confused, all the hollywood movies amerikans have been to in the last 30 years feature villains that look sound and act just like MuskRump... did they somehow not get this message????

[–] Krackalot@discuss.tchncs.de 6 points 10 months ago

Apparently many Americans thought if we just created a Lex Luther, then we'd obviously get a Superman right after.

[–] some_guy@lemmy.sdf.org 17 points 10 months ago (1 children)

The report said Musk sent Fong a direct message asking if she wanted to have his baby — despite never having met her in person. Fong confided in friends about the advance, and once Musk found out, he unfollowed her, and her X earnings reportedly nosedived. At the peak of Musk’s engagement with her posting, she apparently raked in $21,000 over a two-week stretch on his platform.

Sounds like a really great guy who has fourteen children and possibly more.

[–] ShaggySnacks@lemmy.myserv.one 6 points 10 months ago

Sounds like a really great guy who has fourteen children and possibly more.

Classic Republican family values.

Shocking expose: group with cult like structure acts like a cult

[–] vegeta@lemmy.world 12 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

We have two STABLE GENIUSES leading the Country, with Immuskin Elmo and his War Boys

[–] ryan213@lemmy.ca 11 points 10 months ago

Like...Kevin Sorbo?

[–] ScrambledEggs@lazysoci.al 6 points 10 months ago

And no one was shocked.

[–] avidamoeba@lemmy.ca 4 points 10 months ago

Is this the sound of the ⏏️ button being pressed?

[–] gargolito@lemm.ee 3 points 10 months ago

Totally normal.

[–] MyOpinion@lemm.ee 3 points 10 months ago

Elon keep your dick out of the influencers.
