Total lack of empathy. Their complaints are all about the impact on them. "We work too long, too hard, and without proper recognition". No thoughts given to the cruelty that they release into the world.

Is their complaint not that they are murdering, harassing and unlawfully targeting the most vulnerable among us (children, elderly sick, etc) because they don't like the color of their skin? What changes are they hoping to see? Parades that celebrate their cruelty? Pizza parties for the team with the youngest person disappeared? An Amazon gift card for the most laws ignored in a month?

They're a means to an end, and that end is getting people to riot so Trump can declare it an insurrection. Hey, ICE agents. A really good way to permanently solve your morale problem would be if you hanged yourselves. All the problems you've caused yourselves, your families, your communities, and this nation would be over. Please, do it. You are all unloved and untouchables. You will never be so again. If you are one of those people criticising peaceful protest as "not enough" this is proof it does something. It may not be enough on its own, but despite everything, they're people and they suffer from repeated, massed, loud criticism and insults. This is the mechanism through which peaceful protests can work.

I hope they realize that if the US survives Trump, having "ICE: 2025-?" on your resume will make you completely unemployable in the future. It will be like having "groundskeeper at Epstein Island" under your experience. You'll be radioactive. Even if you leave it off, if you look suspiciously like a thumb and have a blank spot on your resume during this period, people will just assume that you worked at ICE and kick you out of their office.

It's already too late to just quit. If you were a member of ICE and didn't quit after Good was murdered, people will rightfully assume that you were OK with that murder. The only hope current ICE employees have is to turn whistleblower. Record in detail all the crimes your cow-orkers are confessing to, and then get that evidence to AOC or Elizabeth Warren, or another competent democrat with a backbone.
